Elizabeth has been practicing various forms of relaxation therapy for over 18 years. She trained in Deep Tissue Therapy and became a Registered Massage Therapist in Texas in 1992. Elizabeth was licensed in esthetics and became an Esthetician in 1998.

She offers facials and spa treatments for cosmetic purposes. This includes a Basic Facial, Deep Cleansing Facial, Rejuvenating Facial, aromatherapy, warm/cold packs, warm stones, and aromatherapy compresses that create a deep relaxation experience.
