Howard DeCastro, LMT
After graduating with a liberal arts
degree in Politics, Howard worked as a
computer graphics designer just outside
Washington, DC. Not fully satisfied with the trappings of
the "9 to 5 coat and tie" lifestyle, he soon
found himself taking a break
in a quaint little ski village in the Austrian Alps.
Howard decided to live and work in Europe, and eventually
traveled through North Africa, China, Singapore, Japan and
Australia. During this time, he experienced the many
benefits of European spas and the healing techniques of the
Far East. When Howard returned stateside, he searched for
a profession that would allow him to work with people in a
positive and helpful manner.
He pursued his interests in the healing arts with over 1000
hours of full-time training at the Boulder College of Massage
Therapy. Since graduation in June of 1998, Howard has
developed his practice as a massage therapist in health
clubs, hospitals and private massage offices.
"Massage therapy is a wonderful part of a
healthy lifestyle. Consistent massages can
dramatically improve your overall health."
