       Quiet Zone

       Please silence cell phones and pagers.

       We also request that you speak softly and

       walk lightly. Treatments may be in progress.

       Late Arrivals

       In order to ensure that each of our clients

       receive all of the time they have reserved,

       we cannot extend your session if you are late.


       Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled

       appointment so there is enough time to discuss

       your massage options and answer any questions.

       Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

        All appointments are reserved with a credit card.

       If there is less than 24 hours notice, we charge a

       $10 rescheduling fee or a $30 cancellation fee.

       Missed appointments are billed at full price.


       If you need to cancel or reschedule,

       please call us as soon as possible.

       Children and Adolescents

        We require parents to be in the room during

       any session involving children or teenagers.


       If you schedule an appointment for yourself

       and cannot make arrangements for child care,

       you may bring the child in the room with you

       with prior notice and approval.
